We treat conditions caused by repetitive movements and positioning, and advise on proper ergonomics to ensure that these activities are supportive and don’t lead to injury.

We provide guidance and support to help you improve muscle strength and joint mobility following surgery, to help you get back to regular activity.

We provide targeted treatment to reduce pain in joints, and improve range of motion.
